Victoria (HN4623) was designed by John Bromley and issued in 2005 as the Royal Doulton Figure of the Year — the fifteenth annual piece in the series that launched in 1991 and has become one of the most consistently collected strands in the entire HN range. Production of each Figure of the Year is strictly limited to its designated calendar year, making every piece in the series a single-year production by definition.

Victoria is a ballgown figure: a floor-length pink gown with detailed bodice work, a delicate rose held at her hands, and softly waved strawberry blonde hair — the complete picture of a young woman at her first formal ball.
