The Royal Doulton Gordon Setter is a distinguished and uncommon model from the early dog range — the breed's striking black and tan colouring and elegant sporting build making it one of the most handsome subjects Doulton's modellers tackled. Introduced in 1932 and discontinued by 1955, it had a limited production run and is considerably harder to find than the more common spaniel and terrier subjects.
